Can I stop by your office?
Absolutely, we’d love to see you! We do request that you give us a heads up before stopping by.
ALSO … if you need a quick, quiet place to work with your laptop, feel free to stop in and use one of our work areas in the main lobby. We have high-speed internet and a fantastic conference room that you can rent out if needed for small groups.
How can I make a payment for a project?
For most projects we use an online invoicing system. This system allows you to make payments online directly through the invoice. If you prefer to pay by check, you can mail a check to our office address listed above on this page.
If you can’t find your invoice or the payment link, please contact us and let us know and we will issue a new one.
How can I pick up my print order?
You can elect to have your order shipped to the address of your choice or you can come to our office to pick up once you’ve been notified that your order is ready. Please give us decent notice of your arrival prior to coming into the office. You can find the address listed above on this page.
How do I access my digital deliverables?
Upon project completion, we will share a Dropbox link containing your digital assets and project files. As a measure of security, we will retain all files on our end as well. If you’ve lost your Dropbox link, you can use the form at the bottom of this page to request a new one.
What if there's a problem with my order or project?
While we aim to produce work at the highest quality and have a very strong track record of successful projects, we understand that expectations might shift through the course of a project or small errors may occur in production. Our commitment is to work through any issues in a timely fashion to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the end result.
Who owns the rights to my files/project?
The IP and digital assets are released to you for unlimited use on most of our projects unless otherwise specified and we retain copies of all files and assets in case you need additional copies in the future.
